Green Superfood Smoothies
YUM. I have one every morning for breakfast and it gives me so much good energy.
1 banana frozen
2 stalks celery
1.5 cups spinach
1.5-2 cups almond milk
1 tblspn raw coconut oil
1 teaspoon hemp oil
3 packets stevia
1 tblspoon flaxseeds
1 cup frozen peaches
2 ice cubes
Blend until smooth. It's a great beginning to the day.
